crock pot potato soup

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz bag country hashbrowns
  • 2 can cream potato soup
  • 1/2 c celery, chopped
  • 1/2 c onion, chopped
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 pt half & half
  • bacon bits, real
  • cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. put all ingredients into crockpot

  2. except half & half

  3. cook on low for 6 hours

  4. add half & half

  5. cook on low for 30 minutes

  6. serve with bacon & cheese if desired
