Ingredients
- 1 10 oz pk saffron yellow spanish rice
- 1 10 oz can premium chicken in water
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- onions, optional
- cheese, optional
Directions

cook rice as directed; only simmer 15 min

drain water from chicken

combine soup and chicken

add rice to chicken and soup

add 1/2 cup milk (more/less depending on consistency)

cook uncovered in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
