Sausage Gravy and Biscuits

Cook time: 15 minutes
Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 1 tube Jimmy Dean HOT breakfast sausage
- 1/2 c all purpose flour
- 5 cups of milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Make buttermilk biscuits and put in oven.

In large frying pan over med-high heat, brown up sausage (DO NOT DRAIN GREASE)

Turn heat down to med. Add flour to sausage in pan, mixing until flour is absorbed into sausage.

Sitr in 5 cups milk. Stirring occasionally, simmer gravy until it thickens. If needed, add additional milk until the gravy is the consistency wanted.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
