Three Bean Chili

Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 (32 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 2 (15 oz) cans black beans
- 1 (16 oz) can kidney beans
- 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans
- 1 (15 oz) can beef or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 chopped red pepper
- cayenne pepper or hot sauce to taste
Directions

Heat oil in large pot, add onion and garlic and saute until tender.

Stir in chili powder, cuin, and salt, saute for 1 minute.

Add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, the cover and reduce heat, simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add cayenne pepper or hot sauce, if you like.
