Ingredients
- 1 c rolled oats
- 1 c Rice Krispies
- 2/3 c chopped dried apricots
- 3 T sunflower seeds
- 1/4 c (toasted) coconut
- 1/4 c brown sugar, packed
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 3 T honey
- 2 T peanut butter
- 1 T vanilla extract
Directions

Preheat oven to 350, oil 8×8 pan

Melt oil honey, and peanut butter in microwave just until easy to mix (20 s or so)

Mix in vanilla

Mix all ingredients together and press into oiled 8" pan.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes

Cool and cut into bars.
