Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 very ripe bananas, cut into little chunks
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a bowl, sift flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda 3 times. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine sugar, butter and vanilla

Add bananas and eggs

Blend flour mixture with banana mixture.

Add walnuts and mix lightly until just combined.

Pour batter into a 9×5 loaf pan.

Bake for about 55 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Cool on rack.
