Ingredients
- 3 or 4 medium to large avocados (they should be soft but not mushy); scoop out the avocado from the skin
- 2 to 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp of chopped basil
- 1 tsp of chopped parsley
- 1 tsp of olive oil
- add lime juice to desired tartness (add a little at at time until you get the tartness you want)
- salt and pepper to taste

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Serve with pita bread, chips, crackers, whatever you want.
