Fragrant Carrots

This is delicious cold as well as hot! Serve on a bed of mixed greens for a beautiful salad.

Ingredients
- 4 large carrots (1 lb.), peeled, cut into matchlike sticks
- 1/4 cup Slivered Almonds
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 cup Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Directions

COOK carrots in boiling water 5 to 8 min. or until crisp-tender. Meanwhile, cook and stir nuts and cumin in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until nuts are toasted.

DRAIN carrots. Add to skillet with dressing; simmer on medium-low heat 2 min., stirring occasionally.

REMOVE skillet from heat. Stir in cilantro.
