Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescents (8 count)
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 cup of shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese
  • 8 slices of fully cooked bacon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F degrees. Scramble eggs on stove top. Lay out crescents on a parchment lined pizza pan.

  2. Add cooked bacon and about 1/3 of cheese.

  3. Add eggs and a third more cheese and fold crescents over.

  4. Add the rest of the cheese to the top and bake for 17 minutes or until crescents are golden brown.
