Ingredients
- 4 cups field greens
- 4 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 4 servings whole grain crackers
- 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- 40 large black olives, sliced
- 4 T red wine vinegar
- 1 t Italian herb seasoning mix
Directions

Toss the field greens with the vinegar and herbs.

Transfer to a salad bowl and top with the tomato wedges, then the olives and blue cheese.

Serve with crackers.
