Black and Blue Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups field greens
  • 4 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 4 servings whole grain crackers
  • 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 40 large black olives, sliced
  • 4 T red wine vinegar
  • 1 t Italian herb seasoning mix

Directions

  1. Toss the field greens with the vinegar and herbs.

  2. Transfer to a salad bowl and top with the tomato wedges, then the olives and blue cheese.

  3. Serve with crackers.
