Ingredients
- 8 cups romaine leaves, torn
- 4 servings whole grain crackers
- 1 cup fresh Parmesan, shredded
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T lemon juice
- dash black pepper, cracked
Directions

Toss the romaine with the olive oil, lemon juice, and pepper.

Top with the Parmesan and crackers.
