Almond Gelatine

Ingredients
- Gelatine: 1 cup water + 2 Tbsp
- 1 cup millk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatine
- 1 tsp almond extract
- Sauce: 1/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 tsp almond extract
- canned lychees

Mix gelatine ingredients in saucepan and cook

Sauce: Mix over stovetop till sugar dissolves
