Banana Cake

Ingredients
- For Cake:
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 t. soda
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 cup sour milk
- 1 cup bananas
- For Frosting:
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 large egg
- Few drops milk
- Some vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar
Directions

Cream margarine and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until fluffy. Measure dry ingredients together. Mix sour milk and mashed bananas. Add dry ingredients and banana mixture alternately to the creamed ingredients.

Bake in a 9×13 cake pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

For frosting: mix margarine, egg, milk and vanilla. Add powdered sugar until desired consistency for spreading.
