Banana Pineapple Fruit Freeze

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks or 1 20-oz. canned pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup low fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
Directions

Spread fruit onto wax-paper lined jelly roll pan and freeze until firm, about 1 1/2 hours.

Place frozen fruit and remaining ingredients in a food processor. Process until consistency of soft serve ice cream.

Serve immediately. If too soft, freeze until desired consistency or pack into freezer containers and freeze for up to 1 month. Before serving, let stand at room temperature for 5 to 15 minutes to soften.
