Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 T fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 T chili powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 carrots
- 2 celery stalks
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped leeks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

Blend tomatoes, avocado and sun-dried tomatoes in food processor with ginger, salt, chili powder, cumin and cayenne.

Chop all veggies into small cubes and marinate in olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Place in the dehydrator at 145o for 1 hour.

Mix all ingredients together.

Optional: Place entire bowl in dehydrator at 145o for 1 hour and serve warm.
