Ingredients
- Shallots or onion, sliced
- 1/4 Red cabbage, sliced
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- Pinch cloves
- 1-2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Splash of red wine
- Splash of chicken stock (as needed)
Directions

Melt butter and oil

Saute shallots and red cabbage

Add cloves

Stir in sugar

Add balsamic and red wine
-
Add chicken stock as mixture cooks down.
