Ingredients
- 3/4 pound carrots cut into inch lenghts
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 sm. onion
- 1/4 cup flour
- 11/2 boneless, skinless chicken
- 1/2 teap. poultry seasoning, salt and black pepper
- 1/2 dry white win
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 6 biscuits (store bought or made)
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions
- In a 4-6 quart slow cooker, toss together the carrots, celery, onion, and flour.

Place chicken on top and season with poultry seasoning, 1 teasp. salt and 1/4 teasp. pepper. Add white wine.

Cover and cook until chicken and vegetables are tender for about 5-6 hours on low or 2-3 on high.

Thirty minutes before serving make easy biscuits on bisquick or similar or buy biscuits.

Ten minutes before add peas, cream and 1/2 teasp. to chicken and stir.

Cover and cook until heated through, about ten minutes more.

Serve over biscuits.
