Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick and 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cinnamon
- 2 cups room temp milk
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 3 1/2 to 4 cups cubed sour dough bread
- 3/4 cup honey
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Beat eggs, milk, 2 tablespoons of butter, and vanilla together.

Gradually add sugar and mix until it is completely dissolved.

Place cubes in a 9" round pie dish.

Pour egg mixture over the bread.

Sprinkle with pecans.

Bake for 50 minutes.

A few minutes before the pudding is done heat one stick of butter, honey, cinnamon, and salt over medium heat.

Remove from heat.

Add heavy cream.

Drizzle over bread.
