Spoon Bread Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter/margarine, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 - 14 oz can cream style corn
  • 1 - 15 oz can whole corn kernels, drained
  • 1 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 8 1/2 oz pkg corn muffin mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Transfer to a 9×13 dish. Bake 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
