Spinach Walnut Feta Pita

Ingredients
- 1 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 plum tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 2 T walnuts, chopped
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
Directions

Toss the spinach, feta and walnuts with vinegar.

Stuff the pita with spinach mixture and serve, with extra veggies on the side.
