Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic
- 7 1/2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cups quinoa, cooked
- 18 oz.chicken breast, cooked and diced
- 1 T olive oil

Saute garlic, onions and broccoli until the onions are translucent.
