Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 15 oz can corn, rinsed and drained
- 3 med. Roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 lg avocado, peeled and chopped
- 3-5 green onions, chopped
- 1 lg jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp water
- 3 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cumin
- black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Directions

Mix first 6 ingredients together and set aside. Saute cumin in fry pan until its fragrant. Remove from heat, stir in lime juice, olive oil, salt and garlic. Mix and pour over bean mixture. Stir. Fold in cilantro and pepper to taste. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. Serve with chips.
