Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Baby Carrots
  • 2 T Butter
  • 1/3 c Brown Sugar
  • 1 c Water
  • dash salt
  • pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In medium sauce pan combine all ingredients

  2. bring to boil over medium heat

  3. reduce to medium heat

  4. continue to boil uncovered

  5. 20-25 min and liquid evaporated
