Ingredients
- 10 oz Chopped Spinach thawed and drained well
- 1 c mozzarella cheese
- 1 c cottage cheese
- 16 oz box of jumbo shells
- 16 oz spaghetti sauce
- 1 egg white
- 1 t parmesean cheese
- 1/4 t nutmeg
Directions

mix spinach, cheeses, egg white and nutmeg until blended

fill each cooked shell with heaping tablespoon of mixture

place in 9×13 pan

spoon spaghetti sauce over top of each shell

cover with foil
-
bake at 375 degrees
