Pasta Shells Florentine

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Chopped Spinach thawed and drained well
  • 1 c mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c cottage cheese
  • 16 oz box of jumbo shells
  • 16 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 t parmesean cheese
  • 1/4 t nutmeg

Directions

  1. mix spinach, cheeses, egg white and nutmeg until blended

  2. fill each cooked shell with heaping tablespoon of mixture

  3. place in 9×13 pan

  4. spoon spaghetti sauce over top of each shell

  5. cover with foil

  6. bake at 375 degrees
