Tacos in Pasta Shells

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb Hamburger, browned
  • 8 oz pkg Cream Cheese, cubed and softened
  • 18 Jumbo Shells, cooked
  • 1 c Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 c Sour cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 T Butter
  • 1 C Taco Sauce
  • 1 1/2 c Crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • Lettuce
  • Black Olives
  • Tomatoes

Directions

  1. On medium heat combine browned hamburger, cream cheese, salt, chili powder

  2. simmer 5 min

  3. toss shells with butter

  4. fill with hamburger mixture

  5. place in 9×13 pan

  6. pour taco sauce on filled shells

  7. cover with foil

  8. bake 15 min

  9. uncover and top with cheese and chips

  10. bake 15 min til cheese bubbles

  11. top with sour cream and garnishments
