Ingredients
- 20 oz sugar cookie dough
- Topping:
- 8 oz cool whip
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Fruit, cut up
- small can crushed pineapple, drained
Directions

Roll out cookie on to a jelly roll pan and cook at 350 degrees for 15 mins.

Combine the topping ingredients until smooth. Once cookie is cooled down. Spread the topping on cookie and top with cut up fruit.
