Carmel Corn Puffs

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Karo light syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 pkgs corn puffs

Directions

  1. Boil for 5 mins: butter, brown sugar, and syrup. Stir in vanilla and baking soda. Pour over corn puffs and stir until well coated. Add nuts if desired. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 mins.
