Shelley’s Mom’s Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 (28oz) cans of Hunts whole tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp plus 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 Tbsp plus 1 tsp salt
- 5 Tbsp chopped jalapeno peppers
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 medium clove garlic, crushed
Directions

Puree tomatoes in blender one can at a time for only 3-4 seconds each. Do not puree any longer or salsa will be too runny.

Pour into large pan. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on stove for 15-30 mins.

Store in refrigerator for up to 10 days.
