Ingredients

• 1/2 c Margarine
• 1/2 c Peanut Butter
• 1/2 c Sugar
• 1/2 c Brown Sugar, Packed
• 1 Egg
• 1/2 tsp Vanilla
• 1 1/4 c Flour
• 3/4 tsp Soda
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 48 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Miniture

Directions

1. Cream margarine and peanut butter

2. add sugar, egg and vanilla

3. beat well

4. combine flour, soda and salt

5. add to creamed mixture and mix well

6. chill dough in fridge for 1 hour

7. shape into 48 balls, 1"

8. place in lightly greased mini muffin pan

9. shaping each into a shell

10. bake for 10 min at 350 degrees

11. remove from oven

12. place 1 mini peanut butter cup in the center of each hot cookie form

13. cool before removing from pan
