Double Layer Pumpkin PIe

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, room temp
  • 1 T Milk
  • 1 T Sugar
  • 1 1/2 c Cool Whip
  • 2 3.4 oz Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1 c Milk
  • 16oz can Pumpkin
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Cloves
  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese, milk and sugar til smooth

  2. add Cool whip

  3. spread on bottom of graham cracker crust

  4. mix vanilla pudding, milk

  5. add pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger and cloves

  6. spread on top of first layer

  7. refrigerate 3 hours
