Ingredients

• 2 c Flour
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 c Butter, softened
• 3/4 c Brown Sugar, packed
• 1/4 c Sugar
• 1 Egg, room temp
• 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
• 1 1/2 Pecans, chopped and roasted
• 1 c Toffee Pieces

Directions

1. In Small Bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt

2. In Large Bowl creme butter and sugars

3. add egg, vanilla – beat til smooth

4. add dry ingredients and mix

5. Stir in pecans and toffee

6. Drop by teaspoons

7. bake 350 degrees

9. Toast Pecans

10. ---

11. Place chopped pecans on cookies sheet

12. bake at 350 degrees for 15 min
