Ingredients

• 1 stick Butter, melted
• 1 c Peanut Butter
• 12 oz Chocolate Chips
• 1 box Rice Chex/Crispex
• 4 c Powdered Sugar

Directions

1. Combine butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips in medium sauce pan over medium heat until melted smooth

2. in Large bowl pour over entire box of Cereal

3. place 2 c powdered sugar in bottom of paper bag, mix til cereal is coated with chocolate mixture

4. place chocolate coated cereal in paper bag

5. add additional powdered suger

6. shake til well coated
