Potato Candy

Ingredients

  • 1 very small potato
  • powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Boil, peel, and mash potato. Remove from heat. Begin adding powdered sugar and keep adding it until a thick dough sets up. Roll into balls and drizzle with chocolate.

  2. The dough takes flavors such as mint, orange, lemon, cherry, etc., very nicely.
