Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can black eye peas, drained
- fresh roma tomatoes, chopped
- fresh cilantra, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- salt
- black pepper
- 1 lime

In a large mixing bowl combine ingredients, season with salt and pepper. Squeeze lime juice over ingredients, mix well, refrigerate over night.
