Pulled Chicken Minis with Ranch Slaw

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 1/2 cups coleslaw blend
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 12-oz. pkg Hawaiian rolls

Directions

  1. Cook chicken and barbecue sauce in covered saucepan on medium-low heat 10 minutes or until heated through, stirring frequently.

  2. Meanwhile, toss coleslaw blend with dressing.

  3. Fill rolls with chicken mixture and coleslaw just before serving.
