Ingredients

• 5 sq baking chocolate
• 2 tbs butter or marg
• 1 egg
• 1 c pwd sugar
• 3/4 c chopped walnuts
• 10 graham crackers crushed
• 1 lg pkg miniture marshmellows

Directions

1. Melt chocolate and butter together.

2. In a medium bowl – beat egg, add sugar – mix then add to chocolate mixture slowly as to not cook egg. Stir in nuts & marshmellows – work fast!

3. Spread graham crumbs on wax paper and roll mix together to form 3 to 4 long rolls.

4. Freeze 3 hrs or more. Slice 1/4" thick. Serve
