Ingredients
- 1 bag hashbrown potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter/margarine
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
- potato chips, crushed (optional)
Directions

x all ingredients except potato chips in a large bowl. Spread into an lightly greased 9×13. Add crushed potato chips on top if desired. Bake for one hour in 375 degree oven.
