Ingredients
- 1 lg head cauliflower, chopped or shredded
- 1 1/2 cups salted peanuts
- 1 pkg (7 oz) dried cranberries
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions

In large bowl add the cauliflower, peanuts, cranberries, mayonnaise, and sugar. Stir well and combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
