Ingredients
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 2 1/2 cup potato, peeled & diced
- 1 cup water
- 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 Tbsp chicken bouillon
- 2 cans corn, do not drain
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 4 Tbsp flour
- 3 cups milk
- 1 pound Velvetta
Directions

Combine veggies and water. Simmer for 15 mins. Add next 3 ingredients. Simmer 10 more mins. In another pan, melt butter and add flour, milk, velvetta, cook until smooth and thickens. Add to other and simmer on low heat.
