Ingredients
- 1 48 oz Northern White Beans, rinsed
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 oz Monterey Jack or Pepper jack cheese, cubed
- 1 large jar/container of salsa
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Cumin to taste
Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Cook in crock pot on low 4-6 hours or on stove top for 1 hour. The longer you cook the better it tastes. If you want a spicier soup, use pepper jack cheese.
