Ingredients
- 1 lb Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 2 pkg tortellini, boiled per pkg
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions

Boil tortellini and drain. Add to large bowl and add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
