Ingredients
- 1 head leaf lettuce
- 8 slices of bacon fried crisp
- 1 Tbsp onion, chopped finely
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 3 Tbsp vinegar
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- salt & pepper
Directions

In small sauce pan, take bacon drippings and combine with onion. Cook until soft. Then add beaten egg, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Heat until thick, stirring constantly. Pour over a head of leaf lettuce torn into pieces. Add chopped up hard boiled egg and crumbled bacon. Serve immediately.
