Ingredients
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup chocolate fudge topping
- 3.5 cups Peppermint flavored Ice Cream, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped peppermint candies
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Prepare cake batter according to package directions.

Pour batter into rimmed cookie sheet or jelly roll pan lined with wax paper.

Bake 15-20 minutes.

Cool completely.

Cut lengthwise into 3 even pieces.

Warm fudge topping in microwave 1 minute. Spread fudge over top of each cake piece.

Spread softened ice cream over 2 cake pieces.

Stack cake and ice cream layers one on top of another.

Place remaining cake piece on top.

Carefully wrap torte in plastic wrap and freeze 1 hour.

Garnish with chopped peppermint candies
