Ingredients
- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup butter , melted
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup quick-cooking oat
- 1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 1/3 cups white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°; position oven rack in middle of oven; set aside ungreased cookie sheets.

In a large bowl add the cake mix, flour, melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Blend with an electric mixer set on med-high speed 1-2 minutes, until blended and smooth.

Stir in the oats, nuts, and white chocolate chips with a wooden spoon until all dry ingredients are moistened.

Drop dough by teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto cookie sheets.

Bake 10-13 minutes, until golden at edges and just barely set at center when lightly touched.

Cool 1 minute on sheets; transfer to wire racks with metal spatula and cool completely.
