Baptist Pot Roast

Serves 6 people

Ingredients
- 3 - 4 lb. chuck roast
- 1 bag of baby carrots
- 2 sweet onions, cut into chunks
- 6 white or red potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- Worceshire Sauce
- 1/2 package of Lipton French Onion Soup Mix
- 1 cup of water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Garlic powder
Directions

Brown meat on both sides. Place in pan. Add vegetables. Sprinkle meat with Seasonings and water.

Cook covered in oven at 300 degrees for at least 3 hours.
