Ingredients
- 3 (15 1/2 ounce) cans red kidney beans , rinsed and drained
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cajun stewed tomatoes
- 2 cups diced fully cooked ham
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 dashes hot sauce

In a large Dutch oven, bring all ingredients to a boil.
