Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teapoon baking soda
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup chilled sweet potato puree
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
Directions

Whisk together dry ingredients and cut in butter into a coarse meal.

In a small whisk together sweet potato and buttermilk.

Quickly stir into dry mixture and do not over mix.

Bake at 425 placed snugly together on a baking sheet for 20-24 minutes.
