Cream of Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 1/2 T. Olive Oil
- 2 T Green Onions
- 1 t Green Onions
- 1 can Chicken Broth
- 1 1/4 c Water
- 1 large Can Crushed Tomatoes (about 1 quart)
- 1 1/2 t Basil
- Pepper
- 3/4 c Heavy Cream
Directions

Saute garlic and onions in olive oil.

Let cream sit out on stove or warm 45 sec. – 1 min. in the microwave before adding.

Add all ingredients except cream.

Bring to a boil.

Add cream and simmer for 5 min.

NOTE: I add extra onions and sometimes add cheese tortillinis.
