Chili Steak recipe

Serves 2 people
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup V8 juice
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2.5 lb Steak
Directions

Mix all ingredients except the steak and pour evenly into 2 separate zip and lock bags.

d 2.5 lb piece of steak to 1 baggie and shake well. You may marinate in the baggie overnight; just store extra bag of sauce in the fridge.

When ready to cook, take steak from the baggie and discard the sauce.

Put in a crockpot and top with sauce from second baggie for 2-4 hours.
