Baked Rigatoni and Sausage

Serves 6 people

Ingredients

  • 3 3/4 c. uncooked rigatoni
  • 20 oz. sausage, sliced
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 cup sherry
  • 2 cups shredded Italian Cheese blend

Directions

  1. Cook rigatoni according to package directions. Drain.

  2. Cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add spaghetti sauce and wine.

  3. Add pasta and toss to coat. Transfer to a greased baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.

  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
